Predominantly a ground up developer, Acme has taken projects from raw, unentitled land to tenanted or for sale homes or apartments. From work-force housing to luxury resort communities, from urban infill to Builder’s Remedy projects, Acme has consistently delivered solid returns to its investors

Xander Cameron

With 12 years of experience in business development and corporate strategy, Xander is a results-driven leader with a talent for building successful partnerships. He specializes in deal-making, commercial collaborations, and scaling new technologies. His ability to navigate complex corporate environments and lead cross-functional teams makes him a key force in driving growth and innovation.
Vince Sosnkowski
PARTNER
Vince Sosnkowski has spent his career building—from early-stage startups to large-scale apartment communities. As a Partner at Acme since 2006, he’s led the development of multifamily housing projects from California to the Southeast and Midwest, overseeing everything from land acquisition to financing and execution. Notable projects include the Parks at Vine in Kentucky, Palisades at Squaw and,other developments in Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina. Before shifting to real estate, Vince spent a decade in the startup world. He founded multiple companies focused on connecting early-stage software ventures with enterprise customers and investors. Off the clock, Vince is likely outside—telemark skiing in the winter, climbing or mountain biking. He is the father of two, ages 20 and 24. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

With over 20 years of experience, Gem brings a sharp business sense and a keen eye for opportunity across both multifamily and land development projects. Based in Tiburon, CA, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether on a mountain bike, skis, or a surfboard. Outside of work, Gem is a dedicated family man with a wife of 27 years and two children, ages 23 and 19.
