Parks at Vine, Ft Knox, KY Multifamily

On the heels of the market meltdown of 2008, Acme turned to the military markets for development opportunities. We partnered with a former Secretary of the Army to identify Forts that desperately needed off base housing. The first project was a HUD-financed 144 unit apartment just miles from the famous Fort Knox. The project was completed on-budget and on-time. Parks at Vine was sold in 2020.
