Palisades at Squaw Vision, Mountain Luxury Community

There was one large piece of land left in historic Olympic Valley, formerly Squaw Valley and now known as Palisades Tahoe. Acme entitled the land for 63 homes, organizing a complete CEQA review and approval with little to no community push back. The resulting community of luxury duplexes and single family homes was a resounding success with sales exceeding our most optimistic estimates.
